- Description
- The purpose of this requirement is to provide sustaining engineering support of the AN/ALR-56 RWR. The scope of this support includes investigation and resolution of operational and Reliability & Maintainability deficiencies; determine the impact of technological and parts obsolescence and recommend/develop suitable substitutes; evaluate the impact of proposed hardware/software changes to the AN/ALR-56 and other F-15 systems; update and maintain the Mission Data Generator and associated lab support equipment and assess the application of new technology to help extend the operational life of the F-15 Electronic Warfare systems. The contractor shall provide all necessary resources required to accomplish and/or support this task, including facilities, equipment, software, and data/databases. This requirement will be sole source to BAE Systems, Totowa NJ(CAGE 81413) under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1), Justification: supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All interested parties should contact the buyer/PCO identified herein for additional information. Security clearance will be required of all bidders/offerors. Notes 22 and 26 apply
