- This Request for Proposals requirement will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ) for farm bill administrative assistance services for various offices throughout California. The Dept. of Labor Wage Determination Occupational title used is General Clerk II. The period of performance is from April 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. This is a total set-aside for small businesses. The small business size standard is $6.5 million. Proposals are due 3/18/2009 by 3:00 p.m., local time at the Davis office. The solicitation documents will be made available via FedBizOpps website approximately 02/19/2009.
