- The Department of Veterans Affairs Consolidated Patient Accounts Center (CPAC) has a requirement under Public Law (110-387) dated October 10, 2008 to employ the necessary efforts required to expand and improve the CPAC business practices related to revenue collections in Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 12. The CPAC concept leverages previously consolidated back office revenue functions with the establishment of consolidated, regional service centers that are supplemented with standardized, enhanced processes and associated business tools. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 518210 applies with a Small Business size standard of $25 Million dollars. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price task order utilizing General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules. The solicitation packet will be available at this website on or about February 17, 2009 and can be downloaded and printed free of charge. Solicitation adheres to the format defined in FAR 12/Acquisition of Commercial Items and will be conducted using the procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR part 15. Telephone solicitation request will not be accepted. Offerors will have five days from solicitation issue date to submit written questions related to this solicitation. Responses will be posted to this website as an amendment to this solicitation no later than close of business on February 27, 2009. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all documents from this website.
