- Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L09PS00087 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of February 17, 2009 and close date of March 4, 2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-25. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 423430 and a size standard of 500 employees.
