- drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is Power Paragon (10109), P/N: PS274-A. This solicitation opens on 03/09/09 and closes 04/22/09. This requirement is for a quantity of 197 each. The Government’s requested delivery time is 183 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested is Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
