- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 5865-01-440-6554. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturers are Armtec Countermeasures (3DU30) or (7L547), P/N: RR-ZZZ. This solicitation opens on 03/09/09 and closes 04/08/09. This requirement is for a quantity of 326 boxes. The Government’s requested delivery time is 150 days. FOB requested is destination. Inspection/acceptance requested is destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
