- b.1 Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation and materials necessary to provide one roving patrol security guard for the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona located at 23029 N Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85029 and shall be conducted in accordance with the Statement of Work described herein: Security shall be in compliance with all local, state and federal regulation. Award of firm-fixed price contract is subject to availability of funds. Pre-solicitation notice will be issued for 5 days, solicitation to be issued for 7 days and an award made by March 6, 2009. The government reserves the right not to make an award from this solicitation.
