- There is no solicitation. The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR has plans to award using other than full and open competition to Progeny Software LLC of South Bend, Indiana. This vendor is the only know source to supply genetic database software which maintains and tracks the inventory of genetic samples and data for United States Fish and Wildlife Service at Abernathy Fish Technology Center. The Service intends to award Sole Source to Progeny Software LLC. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1.
