Description

1. Date: 17 Feb 09. (1) The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Space Vehicles Directorate (RV) at Kirtland AFB NM, amends the solicitation to BAA-RV-09-01 for the Plug-and-Pay (PnP) Spacecraft Technologies originally posted 16 Dec 08, Amendment # 1 posted 15 Jan 09, and Amendment # 2 posted 30 Jan 09. (2) This Amendment # 3 to BAA-RV-09-01 provides the following changes to the original solicitation: (a) Proposal Due Date and Time. Proposals submission date is now due to AFRLRVKI on 31 Mar 09, at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The reason for this change is that AFRL PnP Technologies program resources have been reduced for government FY09. Due to this resource reduction, AFRL anticipates award(s) under this BAA on or about mid-September 2009. AFRL reserves the right to make awards from this BAA anytime after proposals are received, provided program resources become available at an earlier date prior to September 2009. This change in the proposal due date applies to Pages 1 and 3; and impacts the Proposal Submission Date and Contract Order Completion Date, found at page 4, paragraph 4, of the anticipated Schedule. Also, this change Page 11, Paragraph 3., Submission Dates and Times, shall reflect this new date and time requirement. 2. All other information remains the same.
