Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, is conducting market research to seek qualified sources to provide services to replace the current microfiche and microfilm operations. In addition, USDA currently utilizes several other output media to deliver various types of data to our customers. It is our intent to solicit sources on an unrestricted basis. This notice will assist us in determining if there are a sufficient number of businesses capable of providing the required services. To view the details of this requirement, please see the attachment Microfiche RFI Final draft.doc Prospective officers must respond no later than 5:00p.m. CT, Friday, March 13, 2009. Interested parties should submit responses as stated in the attached instructions. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in determining potential sources and is not a request to be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this SOURCES SOUGHT.
