- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDBIZOPPS website. This work will consist of providing all labor and material to design, install, test, and train facility personnel for an alphanumeric paging system at Ice Harbor Lock and Dam, Lower Monumental Lock and Dam, Little Goose Lock and Dam, Lower Granite Lock and Dam, and Dworshak Dam. At each facility, the project area of coverage shall include the Powerhourse, Navigtion Lock, Fishways, all galleries, Juvenile Fish Facility, Warehouses, outbuildings, and parks and beaches (parks and beaches limited to those shown on coverage plan drawings). The system shall be accessed by telephone for numeric input and by a PC interface for alphanumeric input. In addition, the UHF paging system shall be interfaced to a dual band (VHF/UHF) distributed antenna system. The dual band distributed antenna system shall be installed such that both the paging system and the existing two-way radio system will utilize the same antenna for extended coverage.
