Description
*This is not a solicitation. This will not bind the contractor or the Government in any way or at any time into a contract with any of the specified terms below. The solicitation number for the MARKET SURVEY is W15P7T-09-R-N206; this number is assigned to this action for references only, there is not a solicitation at this time. The purpose of this announcement is to locate and identify any interested sources capable of providing all of the services and supplies as identified under Common Hardware Systems-4 (CHS-4). The U.S. Army is seeking to identify vendors with the capability to provide all of the requirements under CHS-4. The Government plans to satisfy this requirement through a five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price/Time and Materials (FFP/T&M) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. CHS equipment shall be available in four versions: V1: non-ruggedized; V1+: some ruggedization; V2: ruggedized; and V3: near military specification. Additionally, the CHS-4 contract will provide worldwide repair, maintenance and logistics. The total estimated price of the proposed action is $3.7B. Interested Sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Suppliers capable of providing these items in accordance with the Government requirements within the required delivery schedule shall respond in writing. The U.S. Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry (ASFI), to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs) and Market Research from CECOM LCMC to Industry. The Government recommends that all interested view the information contained on the IBOP website. All parties who are interested in doing business with CECOM LCMC are invited to access the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. You may access potential C- E LCMC Business Opportunities by simply selecting MARKET RESEARCH, under the heading ARMY PRE-AWARD, Logon & View by Army Contracting Activity, and then click on GO. You can register for a User ID and Password under USER SERVICES, New User Registration, on the right side of the screen.
