- Item 0001: NSN: 6685-01-444-0974, P/N PPC3AF. Tester, Pressure Gage. The PPC3 is a stand-alone pressure controller used to precisely set and control gas pressure into a closed volume as is commonly needed for the calibration and testing of pressure measuring instruments. Supports the A/M99T-2 Test Station, NSN: 4920-010102-3757. Test Range: 15.0 to 1000.0 pounds per square inch and 0.0 to 1000.0 pounds per square inch gage. Weight: 28.2 pounds. Requirement is for three (3) each in the basic year with one additional option for 1-4 each. The RFP is being issued on a sole source basis to Fluke Electronics/DH Instruments, Cage Code 2J641, due to the lack of a technical data package for this item. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately March 6, 2009 with response due April 30, 2009. Delivery 120 days ARO. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, but NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. See Numbered notes 22.
