- Solicitation 1300117901 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Communications Supply Corporation for part numbers listed below, under the authority of Far Part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be Communications Supply Corporation. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 32ea P/N DC#06401A, Custom Console, CLIN 0002 Quantity 32 ea P/N SILKSCREEN (SILKSCREEN FOR EACH DIFFERENT PANEL). Award is expected 6 Mar 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 19 Feb 2009 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
