- Solicitation Number: NNM09270570RNASA/MSFC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following services: toprovide all necessary managerial and technical expertise to support the Office of theChief Information Officer (OCIO) in meeting the IT needs of MSFC, excluding LAN servicesand Desktop services, as follows: Information Technology (IT) Security Services IT Planning, Policy, Architecture & Integration Telecommunications Services Applications and Web Services Computer Services Audio Visual Information Services In support of the MSFC services, the contractor will also provide the following ProgramManagement services:Program ManagementProject ManagementFinancial ManagementContract AdministrationProcurementAsset ManagementInformation Technology (IT) SecuritySafetyFacilities ManagementQuality ManagementThis procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1.The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 517110 and 1500 employees, respectively.The anticipated release date of RFP NNM09270570R is on or about February 27, 2009 with ananticipated proposal due date of on or about April 28, 2009.All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theInternet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may beaccessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/MSFCBusiness Opportunities page is http://mits.msfc.nasa.gov.Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
