- Description
- The U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command Contracting Center, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Cannon Instrument Company, 2139 High Tech Rd State College PA 16803-1733. The contractor shall provide installation of Qty (2) Viscometer tube 3-300 glass tip for the CAV 2000 Series automatic viscometer. Cannon Instrument Company is the sole source provider for the parts and installation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310 and the size standard is $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 18 February 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
