- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Bragg located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide lodging, refreshments and conference space for the 2009 Army Family Action Plan Conference for 100 participants to be held in Fayetteville NC for the US Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, NC. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price and the expected solicitation procedure to be unrestricted. The period of performance begins 26 April 2009 through 1 May 2009. This requirement was determined to be classified under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 Hotel Lodging (except casinos) with a small business size standard of $7,000.000. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0162. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is on or around 18 February 2009.
