Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for 10 commercial elctric model heaters, 3.5 ton w 12x25' vinyl duct and 1 79gal tank 36kw generator and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for a small business set-aside. This solicitation number W9127Q-09-T-0007 is being issued as a Request for Quotation, RFQ. The solicitation and incorporated provisions are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 423610 the Small Business Standard is 100 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The destination is FOB.
