- The Joint Contracting Command Afghanistan, Regional Contracting Center, Bagram Airfield, has a requirement for rotary wing transportation support to forward deployed forces throughout the country of Afghanistan. A Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award contract is contemplated for this acquisition. The performance period is one (1) 12-month period of performance from 16 April 2009 through 15 April 2010. This procurement is full and open to all offerors. Paper copies are not available. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of proposals will be contained in the solicitation package.
