- AMENDMENT 0001 TRANSPLANTING TREES FROM CANNON AFB TREE FARM 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to change the date that interested offerors are required to respond and the site visit date to solicitation FA4855-09-Q-0005 posted on FEDBIZOPS. Notice: If interested in this solicitation, the contractor shall contact Kenneth Williamson Contracting Administrator or Ryan Verespie Contracting Officer by email at kenneth.williamson1@cannon.af.mil, ryan.verespie@cannon.af.mil 12:00 pm Mountain time on 5 February 2009, expressing their intent to attend the site-visit. RESPONSE TIME: Request for Quotation will be accepted at the 27 Special Operations Contracting Squadron, 511 N Torch Blvd, Bldg 300, Cannon AFB, NM 88103-5109 NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on 26 February, 2009. Quotations maybe faxed to 575-784-1148 The site visit for this project is scheduled for 12 February 2009 at 13:00 (1pm). The location of the visit will be James F. Boatwright Drive, Cannon AFB NM. Please view the Map attachment for directions to the site. Interested Members should meet Kenneth Williamson after 12:30 pm on the date of the visit at the Cannon AFB Visitors Center prior to going to the site. Facsimile offers will be accepted.
