- This acquisition is being solicited under the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program in accordance with FAR 19.13. This is ONLY A SOLICITATION NOTICE for a contemplated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the restoration, repair and/or replacement of various roofs at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska for which the contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, work, transportation and; any and all items and/or components and/or services as required and/or necessary to perform all operations, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a total of three (3) possible, one (1) base year and two (2) option year periods. Actual work requests will be issued on Task Orders based off line item unit prices. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the Small Business Size Standard for this solicitation is $14 million. The Magnitude of this proposed project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. **NOTE: PAPER COPIES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.** All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program. It is ANTICIPATED that the solicitation will be available on or about 20 February 2009. A solicitation mailing list WILL NOT be maintained for this procurement. All solicitation documents will be available electronically; it is the responsibility of interested parties to review this notification thoroughly and to check this website frequently for any updates.
