- Description
- The US Army, CECOM Contracting Center, Army Contracting Command is seeking potential sources for the production of Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINGARS) Installation Kits Ancillary Items. This contract will span from Fiscal Years 2009 through 2014. First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this requirement. Vendors who have produced these items before may be able to obtain a waiver from doing the First Article Testing. No Government Furnished Property will be provided for this effort. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Suppliers capable of manufacturing these items in accordance with the Governments requirements within the required delivery schedule shall respond electronically. The response should include an introductory description (unclassified) outlining a viable approach that meets the Governments needs and should address production and surge capabilities. Submit one (1) electronic copy of the submission to the US Army, CECOM Contracting Center, Army Contracting Command, Contracting Officer Ms. Evonne Heyward at Evonne.Heyward@us.army.mil, and the Contract Specialist, Ms. Lisa Martikes at Lisa.Martikes@us.army.mil. Submit one (1) electronic copy to the CECOM LCMC Logistics and Readiness Center (LRC) to Mr. Lyonnel Eugene at Lyonnel.Eugene@us.army.mil. The drawings for this requirement will be posted on the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) under the CECOM Market Research section. In addition, a spreadsheet with a list of the NSNs for this procurement along with their delivery schedules and range quantities will also be posted on the IBOP. Contractors are advised that your company must provide pricing for the multiple delivery schedules, e.g. Standard Delivery, Standard Accelerated Delivery, and Increased Quantity Accelerated Delivery Schedule. Any interested source shall submit unit prices for all NSNs and quantities on the Government spreadsheet posted at the IBOP. All vendors must submit pricing for FAT, the FAT Qualification Test Plan and the FAT Inspection and Test Report. All parties who are interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access the drawings and the NSN spreadsheet from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. All information must be submitted and received no later than 06 March 2009. This is a market survey requesting information only. The submission of this information is for planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services, or for the Government to pay for the information received.
