- The Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security-Office of inspector General (DHS-OIG) is requesting pricing for a fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of semi-automatic,.223 Caliber Tactical CAR AR-15 Carbine, per the specification on page 10 of the RFQ. Proposals are due February 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. EST Questions are due February 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. EST Interested Offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
