- The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq, Theater Wide Source Selection Branch intends to solicit, negotiate and award a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement for advisory services throughout Iraq. The NAICS code is 541611. The Small Business size standard is $7 Million. No preference will be given to Small Businesses. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary in order to supply qualified subject matter experts and advisors to assess, advise, and assist US, Coalition and Iraqi organizations in a variety of arenas to include but not limited to: cultural, engineering, political, contracting, women’s issues, medical, business development, agriculture, and economics as they pertain to reconstruction and transition throughout Iraq and increasing the Iraqis ability to take over management and funding in these areas. The anticipated base year contract performance period will be 28 Feb 2009 through 27 Feb 2010, with two (2) twelve month option periods, if exercised. This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competition. The proposed solicitation number is W91GDW-09-R-4002. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 15 November 2008, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Submit all questions electronically, NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any questions regarding this notice should be directed to Capt David Celestine or Major Aaron Judge at JCCI_MTWR_SS@pco-iraq.net. All written questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation.
