- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (1) Tap-200 Security Portal - outside diameter 54", overall height 7'9", finish: black, dustcover: standard, anti-piggybacking, glass: impact safety glass, bi-parting doors, IR presence detection sensor; (1) installation. Brand name required. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail prior to close-of-business 23 Feb 2009.
