- PR number 0021352075, NSN 1680-00-441-2301, Arm Rest, Seat Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government at www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lower case). This is a Life Support Item. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. First Article/Preproduction Approval Government Testing of one samples shall be tested, samples which have been subjected to first article inspection shall not be delivered as new equipment under the contract. Export Control applies, critical application applies. Business size is restricted to 100% Hub-Zone Businesses. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Priced Large Contract for a quantity of 515each. Delivery: 240 days ARO. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies.
