- The purpose of this amendment is to include the requirement for a site visit; to provide the site visit schedule and; to extend the response date for proposals. 1. The following clause is added to the solicitation: 52.237-1 - Site Visit (APR 1984) 2. Site visit information is included in section 8, titled Site Visit Schedule Section 8. SITE VISIT SCHEDULE (a) A site visit will be conducted on February 20, 2009, at 10:00 am. Offerors must contact Jamie Brown at Jamie.Brown@nrl.navy.mil, prior to 1:00 pm on February 18, 2009 to be scheduled for the site visit. A limit of 2 representatives from each company is requested. 3. The response date for proposals is extended to February 27, 2009, 3:00 p.m., local time.
