- FAR Provision 52.237-1, Site Visit (by Reference) AFFARS provision 5352.215-9001 (Full Text) - The provision at AFFARS 5352.215-9001, Notice of Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conference (May 1996). (a) A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference (e.g. site visit) will be conducted at Air Force Claims Center at 1054 Kettering Blvd, Kettering OH on 18 February 2009 at 0900. Small Business Companies shall meet at the West Side Entrance (Near White Smoking Hut) at 0845. The purpose of this Site Visit will be to show the Trane Centrifugal Water Chiller that is covered on the contract. (b) Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit all questions via e-mail to jennifer.kleiv@wpafb.af.mil no later than 1200 EST 19 February 2009. Information provided at the tour shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
