- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation HSSS01-09-R-0012 will be issued as a request for proposals. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $12.5M. The United States Secret Service has a requirement to install an alarm security system at an existing U.S. Secret Service (USSS) protectee site. It is anticipated that the indefinite-quantity contract will provide for one base year period and four options year periods. The Government contemplates award of contract resulting from the solicitation. Solicitation HSSS01-09-R-0012 is posted electronically to www.fbo.gov concurrent with this publication, with a 14 calendar day response period.
