- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN GRAND ISLAND, NE STAR #: 8NE2054 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 19,806 rentable square feet in Grand Island, NE. The space should yield 17,223 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require sixteen (16) structured parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within Grand Island delineated area. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, seven (7) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 01, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
