- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION. The project consists of closing a large-capacity cesspool in accordance with the EPA’s UIC Class V rule and upgrade it to a septic tank/leach field system. Project requirements include a draft plan for the removal of the large-capacity cesspool including a sampling plan in accordance with all state and federal regulations. The contractor will be required to submit a design of the new large-capacity septic system before installation begins. The information we are seeking is company name, point of contact with phone number, fax, e-mail, cage code/DUNS number and relevant work experience with similar projects.
