- 4720-01-213-8492, TOTAL QUANTITY 102, U/I EACH DRAWING NUMBER I/A/W NR 07482 1270M28, AMENDED NR DTD 65 APR 11. TYPE NR: 1270M28P04. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available in FEFBizOpps on its issue date of 2/13/09. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawing/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: EATON CORPORATION 00624 P/N 1270M28P01, EATON CORPORATION 00624 P/N AE706613-1, GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY 07482 P/N 1270M28P04, SMITH TUBULAR SYSTEMS-LACONIA 78570 P/N 109432. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
