- This amendment is issued to (1) extend the quotation due date to 5:00pm CST, February 23, 2009; and (2) request proposals to provide pricing to reflect fluctuating fuel prices as necessary. Quotes shall include a pricing formula starting with a unit cost per gallon of fuel and any discounts on the fuel cost offered to the government any applicable Michigan state/local fees, delivery charges and any other savings/discounts/charges applicable to the government, thereby adding up to the price of the fuel. For evaluation purposes, all offerors shall use a $4.00 per gallon unit cost for fuel when breaking down their pricing strategy. NOTE: any resultant award of this requirement will be in the Not to Exceed amount of $60,000.00.
