- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to neogitiate on a non-competitive basis with Testek, Inc. of Wixom, MI for software installation for the F-18 C/D and E/F Generator Convetor Unit (GCU) Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) Intermediate Level of Maintanence Electrival Power Test Set (EPTS) P/N: 74D420513-1003. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
