- This is a Notice of Intent of The Louis Stokes Cleveland, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 to negotiate sole source lease with Case Western Reserve University for 100 offsite parking spaces located at the corner of Hough Ave, and 105th Street Cleveland, Ohio 44106. The period of the lease will be from date of award through September 30, 2009. The government believes that only one parking lot can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested parties have three (3) business days from publication of this notice to submit in writing their qualifications and capabilities to provide this requirement. Such information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. No solicitation will be made available and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
