- Solicitation for End Item: C135 Aircraft, NSN 1560008988569,, PR 0020794693, PANEL, Structural. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Quantity: 59 with 100% quantity option; this procurement is a restricted 100% small business set-aside. NAICS is 336413. This is a fully and openly competitive procurement after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This requirement contains provisions for an “Export Control” technical data package. Mylars will be provided. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on 27 Feb 09.
