- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. This procurement is set-aside to 100% Small Business interests under NAICS code 332911 (500 employees). Quote is requested for 1098-EGR Pressure Reducing Regulator. 1098-EGR Fisher Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Regulator (EGR-0H1-371-116-D3J-0A0-100A). 3” Carbon Steel Regulator, 150# RF Flange Connection, 416 SS HT Trim, Size 40 Actuator, Type 6351 Pilot Assembly, 5*35 psig Pilot Spring Range. Quantity 1. Alternative equipment will be considered. Quote must include sufficient specification demonstrating form, fit, and function for alternative equipment. Delivery to Naval Station Pearl Harbor, HI. Delivery date no later than 10 weeks after order. The following FAR and DFARS Clauses apply: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (b) (6(i), 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 33, 38, and 42), 52.252-2, 252.211-7003, and 252.212-7001 (b) (4 and 17). The following FAR and DFARS provisions apply and must be submitted with quote (if certification): 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 252.212-7000, and 252.225-7000. Use of Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is mandatory. Payment will be made upon Government acceptance of electronic invoice which must be submitted via the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror meeting the requirements stated above.
