- PR# IQC09026008, ISSUE DATE 20 FEB 09/ CLOSE DATE 20 MAR 09 This solicitation to result in a Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four option years for NSN 1650-01-095-7596, Bowl, Sediment. A flexible option is included. The maximum contract period is 5 years total. The Item Description is in accordance with ITT Corporation CAGE 73760, P/N 43047A. The item is configuration control and critical application. Solicitation is issued under other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is ITT Corporation CAGE 73760 Solicitation is issued unrestricted. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 33 in the base year only. Estimated Annual Demand is 132 each and Contract Maximum is 264 each. Surge is required. MWR is 15 and SURGE PLT is 57. The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection Acceptance Destination, Delivery 57 DARO. Shipments will be to Stock Locations, CONUS, to be specified on delivery orders. A technical Data package is not available at DSCR. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
