- The work under this project consists of providing various electrical materials that include, but are not limited to motor starters, grounding accessories, copper wire, conduit, panels & accessories. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). For this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System Code is 423610 and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 Employees. The Solicitation is tentatively schedule to be available on or around February 13, 2009. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for February 20, 2009. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. 09SQ600101 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after February 13, 2009 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in CCR to be considered for award of a contract. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns & Bradstreet Number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if received timely, shall be considered. Quotes may be submitted electronically.
