- Pre-solicitation notice for shoe mobile services. Contractor shall provide a mobile shoemobile/vehicle to sell U.S. made safety/work shoes (ANSI toe) on depot twice a month. Place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201. A listing of the required stock of shoes will be issued with the solicitation. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced requirements type contract for one base year and four option years. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). W911N2-09-R-0049 Solicitation date: O/A 23 February 2009, Closing date: O/A 18 March 2009. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 23 February 2009. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain any and all amendments to the solicitation from the above listed website.
