- The Army is seeking comments on a Draft RFP regarding voice documentation in high intensity environments at all echelons of care. The problem is that current methods for documenting first responder care are not adequate. The objective is to leverage and expand existing commercial or Government voice and communication technologies to develop a proof of principle device capable of capturing critical clinical information from the first responder. The draft RFP can be obtained by going to the USAMRAA website at www.usamraa.army.mil and clicking on Solicitations. The Government requests comments on the draft RFP with respect to the maturity and availability of existing technology, the objectives of a potential future RFP and the Governments proposed acquisition strategy. In addition, information about your organization and its capabilities are also welcome. Please note that the Government is not seeking and will not accept actual proposals. Comments and capabilities statements are requested by close of business 23-Feb-09 and can be emailed to Kathryn McCune at kathryn.mccune@us.army.mil.
