- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install copper and fiber optic cables, manholes, handholds and pedestals, terminate and splice copper and fiber lines and install equipment in building communications room, at Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications. The proposed procurement is for full and open competition under NAICS 237130 with a corresponding small business size standard of $33.5Mil. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding of FAR Part 14. The IFB will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 25 February 2009 and will be due on 1 April 2009 (see solicitation for verification). A site visit is tentatively set up for 11 March at 1000hrs(see solicitation for verification). The magnitude of this project is between $1 Million and $5 Million.
