Description

Description: The Government has a commodities requirement for Cypress II Automatic Activation Devices P/N AA2C2M1535A. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 423910 with a size standard of 100 employees; the SIC code is 5091. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The government believes that SSK Military Industries is the only known source that provides this requirement. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement at or before 1600 (central), 13 Feb 2009.
