- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334220 and the Federal Supply Class is 5985. NOTE: THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis from Cobham Defense Electronic Systems, 1001 Pawtucket Blvd, Lowell, MA 01854-1040 for the following: (a) CLIN 0001, WR-62 Waveguide coupler, 2 each; CLIN 0002, WR-90 Waveguide coupler, 2 each; CLIN 0003, WR-112 Waveguide coupler, 2 each; CLIN 0004, WR-137 Waveguide coupler, 2 each; CLIN 0005, WR-187 Waveguide coupler, 2 each; CLIN 0006, WR-284 Waveguide coupler, 2 each; CLIN 0007, Engineering fees; CLIN 0008, Set up fees. The required delivery is 30 days after the date of the order, FOB Destination to Dahlgren, VA. Award is to be made under Simplified Procedures (FAR 13) by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17632 Dahlgren Road Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110 and will be firm fixed price. The closing date and time for receipt of quotations is 13 February 2009 at 2:00 PM ET.
