Manufacture IAW Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, Dwg 70217-01024 Revision H dated 08/10/2004 and AMCOM, Cage 81996 Procurement Package 70217-01024 Revision J dated 05/05/2004 P/N 70217-01024-041. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand qty of 132 for the base year and 4 option years. FOB AT DESTINATION, REQUEST INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. REQUEST DELIVERY AT 90 DARO. Option to extend term of contract 48 months, duration of contract period 60 months. 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Export Control Certification. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
