- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease combined office and warehouse space consisting of approximately 4,337 rentable square feet in Redmond, WA. The space must be physically located within the following delineated area: North of NE 70th Street, extended to Hwy 520 East of I-405 South of NE 124th Street West of Avondale Avenue, NE, extended to Hwy 520 The space should yield between 3,772 to 4,149 BOMA usable square feet. Seven (7) onsite, Government reserved parking spaces are required. Warehouse space must be able to house a 26' boat plus turning radius and warehouse doors must be at least 12 feet wide and 10 feet high. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, ABAAS, and Special Security Requirements.
