- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office and light industrial space consisting of approximately 11,455 rentable square feet in Rock Springs, WY. Of the total square footage, approximately 10,000 square feet are required for light industrial space. The space requirement must be contiguous and cannot be located within the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Space must be located in a professional office area and all prospective properties must be physically located within the following delineated area: Within the City Limits of Rock Springs, WY The space should yield between 9,961 to 10,957 BOMA usable square feet. Twelve (12) onsite, secure, reserved parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for 15 years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 180 days after lease award. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, ABAAS, and Special Security Requirements; including a 100 foot setback for any proposed new construction.
