- The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, Virginia 22134 - Intent to Sole Source This is a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract M67854-09-F-4068 to Keytrak Systems. This acquisition will be accomplished using FAR Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers.
