- solicitation N00421-09-T-0037 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.102. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 2 each, The workshop is for duration of two days consisting of an ouline to include Introduction to Requirements engineering and Software Requirement Development. Attendees will learn the definition of the three levels of software requirements. Award is expected 27 Feburary 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 23 February 2009 will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
