- Description
- The Southern Research Station’s Center for Forested Watershed Research, located at 3734 Highway 402, Cordesville, S.C. 29434 has a need for exterior painting and minor repair of siding and fascia. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms and conditions of the solicitation and the resultant contract. A site visit is scheduled for 19 Feb 2009 at 11:00 a.m. (refer to page 19 of the solicitation for specific information.) The Government's estimate range is less than $25,000. This is an emerging small business set-aside. The emerging small business size standard is $7 million under NAICS code 238320. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed by FAR Clause 52.204-7 and ORCA. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. ORCA can be obtained by accessing the Internet, www.bpn.gov.
